Oxford Ixion MCC was formerly known as Oxford Speedway Club and was founded in 1937 but shortly afterwards the speedway boys went their own way and Ixion mcc were left to run trials and scrambles events.

We run a club championship over 5 rounds with the best 4 to count aswell as 4 Open to Centre events that often include South Midland Centre championship rounds for eg.Expert-Inter-Youth.
On the following pages is a brief history and past winners of our four main cups up for grabs each year .
