The sun was shining, the track looked good and we were all set for a good days racing until I went out for practice and then

realised I had a carb problem.

I must say a big thankyou to Graham and especially Paul Hurry for sorting the problem out for me. It was nice to see Paul

there and we wish him well and hopefully see him out of that wheelchair real soon.

The 500 class was run over 3 legs, semi and a final.

Race 1 I had a 2nd behind David Howe.

Race 2 I won this race.

Race 3 Another 2nd behind David again.

I qualified for the semi and then the final.

I chose gate 8 and went into the first bend in about 5th place. I got some drive and came out of the bend well to race with

David Howe and Cameron Woodward for a 3rd place which I was more than pleased with.

I finished as 3rd highest point scorer and 3rd in the final so I am satisfied with that.

club for a good days racing.
